I got my ass kicked

So it was my first fight and I didn't really know what to expect. I was expecting to do at least decent considering the kid was just an inch taller than me I'm 5' So we exchanged blows and finally he got one in my face. I completely didnt see it coming and everything went all shaky. Next thing I knew more shots to the face and I was knocked out. I'm completely dissaposinted in myself. Height has nothing to do with your ability in a fight unless there is an extremes difference. IT can offer a slight advantage to your opponent but it most cases it's insignificant. Weight, I'd say is much more important factor.. Don't feel bad..

I realize this now after I was handily beaten up by…a year-old man. You can amp it up as much as you like while you pound away on the bag with all your energy and intensity while the trainer comes around and spot-checks your technique. Like anything, you get out of it what you put into it. If you work to follow the correct technique of elbows in, hands up, rotating your core and moving your feet, the pounding away on the bag becomes a lot harder than just freelancing your punches while imagining a face on the bag. And sometimes the trainer puts the punch mitts on and walks around inviting individuals to tee-off on the mitts as he moves them from left to right and up and down. This creates another level of intensity because as each punch connects with the mitt, a loud crack rings out from the impact, further providing the participant with a false sense of actually knowing what he or she is doing. A few months back I was in the gym, and the owner asked me if I wanted to get into the ring for the first time. I figured—absolutely! Still, in the process of climbing through the ropes, I reached up to catch the object, and I finally saw what it was—headgear. I ended up going just over two rounds with him, and yes, this year-old man took it to me.

So it was my first fight and I didn't really know what to expect. I was expecting to do at least decent considering the kid was just an inch taller than me I'm 5' So we exchanged blows and finally he got one in my face. IT can offer a slight advantage to your opponent but it most cases it's insignificant. Weight, I'd say is much more important factor.. Don't feel bad.. You're more of a man than many because at least you faced him. Most men won't even do that. Trust me dude, you don't want to be getting into fights unless it's for defense.

It's too easy for something to go wrong and the next thing you know, you're sued for everything you have and sitting in prison. I'm a lover, not a fighter. That's why every Poison Ivy action figure comes complete with him.

Now spend a couple weeks weight training then when you are ready just jump him so that way you get back some street cred. Yeah kinda lost. Against one of my freinds we had a falling out and he whooped me a bit but i was expecting it and he didnt go overboard, due to the fact i did not fight back. Er Lord of the Rings style 15 or somthing Vs me and my mate i got smacked in the face and it didnt even phase me, but my mate went down from a smack from the same guy!

They laid into my mate real bad stamping and everything nothing i could do so yeah guess i lost that one, although they left me alone lol. Its hard to land a blow tho while fighting and its so TIRING i mean really its like the hardest thing i know so i try to avoid it. Hit the gym, get in shape, do some sparring, in about a year you will be a machine, go kick his ass! It's not about winning the fight, as that proves nothing. It's about getting knocked down, but getting back up I've been punched in the face twice on two seperate occasions I got back up but by that time the fight was mostly over.

These were in elementary by the way so i dont know if i could constitute them as a real fight but the first fight was more of a true fight. We both slugged each other and both had black eyes lol.

Well I haven't been in a fight directly. Back in 4th grade this kid would be annoying me, trying to act all tough guy with his friends. Then he crossed the line. Please Log In to post. This topic is locked from further discussion. Bring back the main forum list. Use your keyboard!
